Beneath The Sea Is Proud to Present the Winners of its 1999 Photo and Video Competition

Beneath the Sea is pleased to once again have given amateur underwater photographers and videographers a chance to compete with their peers from across the United States and Canada. For the winners there were many awards and prizes including equipment from premier manufacturers!

Best-In-Show Prize (video): The Stan Waterman Award for Excellence in Underwater Videography, and one week of diving on board the liveaboard dive boat Fiji Aggressor, with air transport from the West Coast provided by Air Pacific.
