Dear Trustee, Director, Officer or Member:

Beneath The Sea, Inc. has scheduled its Annual Membership Meeting for Saturday, January 22, 2005 at 12:30 PM at the Children’s Hospital Foundation Office, 1 Kids Corner, Valhalla, New York located on the Campus of the Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, New York.  Specifically, this is the small gray house in front of the Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital.  As a Beneath The Sea Member, you are cordially invited to attend this meeting, which will involve the election of Trustees. 

Beneath The Sea, through Ocean Pals’ Sea of Tomorrow Society is proud to support the aquarium environment located in the lobby of the Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital.  As you may recall, all BTS members were cordially invited to attend a November 6, 2004 tour of the new Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital.  Those of us fortunate enough to have attended, were astonished at the extraordinary care, planning and vision that created this exceptional hospital.  Each wing has its own unique theme that entertains and supports a child’s interest…sailing, aviation, theatre, rescue, are a few themes designed to distract the ill child from his illness and thus promote the healing process.  There is also a Ronald McDonald House contained within the facility for the convenience of the children’s families.

Beneath The Sea President, Jo Ann Zigahn, Executive Director, Armand Zigahn and Chief Financial Officer, Ray Tucker took this opportunity to present the Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital with a $10,000 check, the result of your efforts through Beneath The Sea’s and Ocean Pals’ Sea of Tomorrow Society’s fund raising efforts on behalf of the Children’s Hospital.
