Deduct $50 for multiple booths with same company name. A deposit of $500 for each space must accompany contract. The balance is due by Dec. 31, 2004. After Jan. 1, 2005 full payment must be included with the contract.
Booth Sub- Letting, Sharing, Re- Assigning requires an additional $200 payment. Booth Sub- Letting, Sharing, Re- Assigning will be permitted only with the exhibit executive manager’s approval.
Note: ID Badges: Four will be given for each booth space. Applications must be submitted by March 1, 2005. Badges will be delivered at the show. Additional or replacement badges will cost $10 extra.
