[ R E A D  M O R E ... ] Announcing Ocean Pals 2004-2005 Poster Contest for Children! This year’s theme - “Hard Shells and Soft Bodies”. The competition registration is in progress! do no delay, entry deadline is December 21. 2004. Contest Goals: To encourage young people to become aware of and share their concerns for the marine environment through poster art. Their message will be brought to the widest possible audience to create a stronger commitment to protect the very environment on which all life on this planet depends. [ R E A D  M O R E ... ] Beneath the Sea 2005 proudly announces its 29th Annual photo/video competition - The competition registration is in progress! do no delay, entry deadline is December 31. 2004. Last year, Underwater Photographers competed for the coveted David Doubilet Award for Excellence in Underwater Photography and a one week trip to either The Great Barrier Reef or Papua New Guinea on Mike Ball Expedition's Spoil Sport or Paradise Sport live-aboard vessels. Underwater Videographers competed for the distinguished Stan Waterman Award for Excellence in Underwater Videography and a one week trip to Belize or the Bahamas on a Nekton Dive Cruises live-aboard vessel. Underwater Digital Photographers competed for the celebrated Jim Church Award for Excellence in Digital Photography and a one week trip aboard the Kona Aggressor. The winners of the Beneath the Sea 2004 Worldwide Photo/Video Competition were officially announced at the Film Festival the weekend of Beneath the Sea’s Dive and Travel Exposition, March 26th, 27th , and 28th , 2004, at the Meadowlands Exposition Center in Secaucus, New Jersey. In addition to the Best-in-Show. Grand Prizes, 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winning entries in all categories were awarded prizes. You can click on any area of the plan in which you are interested to get more information about the exhibitors. While potential exhibitors can see what booths are available and view who their neighbor may be at BTS 2005 show, attendees can search for desired booth locations by the exhibitor names or category.
